 Anticipation of the demographical boom in the commune. Since the beginning of the 90th, the development and the reclamation of the terrain named “Les Vercheres”, near the city hall, to the south of the commune’s territory and near the river “Le Foron”, have strengthened the local authorities’ determination to fight the lack of premises for elementary education. Demographical analysis, which underlay the schools engineering, confirmed that, with the commissioning of around 500 new residential areas, a construction of a school must be obligatory included in the plan of a district construction. In fact, the new premise embodies a strict border between the community places on the south-west and green zone on the north-east of the commune. Thanks to the right selection of the outer dimensions, it harmonically fits into the general construction plan, which allows for harmonic visual transition from the existing buildings to less dimensional objects under construction, located in the community surroundings.
