Flexibility and facilities for improvement.

In order to accord with the needs of the internal layout, the offices can be divided using as reference the dense textures of the facades.

Heating/cooling system, provided by radiant ceiling, and wirings, located in the raised floor, are fully adaptable to any layout.

Moreover the office spaces are available in 3 different width of facades :
         East facade:                   9.00 m
         West facade:                  6.00 m
         North & south facade:    4.36 m

Due to this variation of dimension each level can be easily arranged for single offices, or offices for 2-3 people, or public areas.

A single level allows the equipping of 80 work station.

 



Comfort and efficiency.

In first instance comfort is granted by the natural lights and its control.

Insulation glasses coloured by a solar film, generate a light ambiance avoiding annoying dazzles.
This vitrage is also efficient in terms of thermical insulation: the radiant ceilings system ensure a constant air temperature and provide excellent hygienc conditions.

The efficiency of the projet is made creating autonomous work stations and  optimizing the circulation between them.

Thanks to the raised floor each all the devices used by a workstation can be supplied with wirings and IC net.
